Brielle Saddler and Ella Francl secure win for Heartland Lutheran

Recap: Heartland Lutheran Red Hornets vs. Franklin Flyers
The Heartland Lutheran Red Hornets's game last Wednesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They snuck past Franklin with a 33-28 victory.
Heartland Lutheran was led to victory by Brielle Saddler and Ella Francl. Saddler scored ten points along with seven rebounds and five steals, while Francl scored 11 points along with four steals. Francl is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ema Koch, who scored five points.
Heartland Lutheran's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Franklin, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heartland Lutheran will take on Red Cloud at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Franklin, they will be playing at home against Loomis on Tuesday. Loomis and Franklin are at an even 4-4 over their past eight head-to-heads.
