North Muskegon and Western Michigan Christian squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but North Muskegon had to settle for second. They fell 7-3 to the Warriors. The Norsemen's defeat signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.

Bryce Colbert was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

North Muskegon's loss dropped their record down to 24-5. As for Western Michigan Christian, they moved to 14-8 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

North Muskegon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Western Michigan Christian, they will square off against Central Montcalm on Wednesday.
