Soccer Recap: Midview Takes a Loss

The Midview Middies came up short against the Orange Lions on Saturday, falling 5-2. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Midview were already down 3-0.

Seth Randall and Andrew Morris scored both of Midview's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Midview and nudges their season record down to 6-8-1. As for Orange, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9-2.

Coming up, Midview is taking a road trip to square off against Steele at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Orange, they will welcome Benedictine at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Orange will be up against Benedictine's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.43 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
