Brownfield is 3-0 against Crane since February of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Brownfield Cubs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Crane Cranes at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Brownfield's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine matches.

Brownfield is headed into the game after thoroughly thrashing Coahoma: they outscored them in every quarter. Brownfield put the hurt on Coahoma with a sharp 76-53 win on Tuesday. The Cubs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Crane). They blew past Stanton 65-37 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Cranes have posted against the Buffaloes since December 14, 2018.

The win made it two in a row for Crane and bumps their season record up to 4-5. As for Brownfield, their victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-7.

Everything came up roses for Brownfield against Crane in their previous meeting back in February of 2019, as the squad secured a 79-49 win. Will Brownfield repeat their success, or does Crane have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
