Soccer Game Preview: Roxbury Prep Charter vs. Boston Collegiate

The Roxbury Prep Charter Wolves will head out on the road to face off against the Boston Collegiate Hurricanes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Wolves on Tuesday. Roxbury Prep Charter and Collegiate Charter School of Lowell finished up their match with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Roxbury Prep Charter's first draw of the season.

Meanwhile, Boston Collegiate waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. Their defense stepped up to hand Foxborough Regional Charter an 11-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Boston Collegiate, who have now won seven matchups by five goals or more so far this season.

Roxbury Prep Charter's draw gives them a new season record of 0-1-1. As for Boston Collegiate, their victory bumped their record up to 9-1.

Roxbury Prep Charter might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Boston Collegiate in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can Wolves avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
