Basketball Recap: Blanchester Comes Up Short

Blanchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took a hard 65-46 fall against the Georgetown G-Men. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 85-57 last Saturday.

Blanchester's record now sits at 2-18. As for Georgetown, their win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-14.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Wildcats take on the Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Georgetown, they will square off against Gamble Montessori at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
