Baseball Recap: Paul Laurence Dunbar's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Paul Laurence Dunbar owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Sunday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Lafayette Generals 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Generals back in April, they had to take a 8-6 loss.

The result came thanks to Carson Quenon's shutout, as he gave up just five hits and racked up six Ks. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
