Central City waltzed into their contest on Saturday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Ord Chanticleers 54-26. The Bison have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 23 points or more this season.

Leading Central City to victory were Reagan Fousek and Sydni Homolka. Fousek went 7 for 14 to rack up 18 points, while Homolka went 6 of 12 en route to 15 points and five assists. Fousek is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 40% in the last three games she's played. Journi Schindler was another key player, putting up four points along with nine rebounds and four steals.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Central City was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Ord only racked up six assists.

Central City's record now sits at 20-2. As for Ord, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-7.

Coming up, Central City will be playing in front of their home fans against Lakeview at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Central City's defense has only allowed 26.2 points per game this season, so Lakeview's offense will have their work cut out for them. Ord has already played their next game (against Broken Bow), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
