Volleyball Preview: Izard County Meets Hector

The Izard County Cougars will take on the Hector Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

Izard County is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Cotter just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Warriors. This is the first time the Cougars have not won a set since all the way back on September 3rd.

Once all was said and done, the final set scores wound up at 25-10, 25-11, 25-9.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Hector challenged Marshall on Thursday. The Wildcats blew past the Bobcats 3-0.

Hector found their leader in sophomore Aliza Keeling, who had 15 kills, four digs, two solo blocks, and two aces.
