Volleyball Recap: Norwood Mavericks vs. Nucla Mustangs        
        
		
             Norwood waltzed into their contest  on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with  a   3-1  victory over the Nucla Mustangs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mavericks also won the last time the pair played  two weeks ago.
 Norwood had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 10-25, 25-15, 25-18,  25-17.
  Darcy Bray paced Norwood's offense, picking up five kills. Bray got some help from 
 Amber Bockrath and her ten assists. Finally,  Bray was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.
 Norwood pushed their record up to 10-12 with the  win, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Nucla, they have  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost nine of their last ten matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record  this season.
 As of now, neither Norwood nor Nucla have any future games scheduled.
