Basketball Recap: Salisbury Christian Sets Scoring Season-High Against Tome

Salisbury Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost to the Tome Titans at home by a 75-58 margin. One positive for Salisbury Christian, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Salisbury Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Tome, they pushed their record up to 5-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Salisbury Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chincoteague at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Tome, they and Freire Charter School Wilmington will face off at 11:45 a.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
