Christopher McKenzie Game Report: vs Palo Verde

Passers beware: Christopher McKenzie came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also picked up 67 receiving yards and two scores, and also rushed for 47 yards and one TD, but sadly Basic still had to take a 29-21 loss at the hands of Palo Verde. We hope McKenzie's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, McKenzie and Basic are taking a road trip to challenge Green Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time these two faced off, McKenzie and Co. were forced to settle for a 25-24 loss.
