Softball Recap: Browerville Comes Up Short

After flying high against Parkers Prairie on Friday, Browerville came back down to earth. The Tigers took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brandon/Evansville Chargers on Monday. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Chargers earlier this season, when they won 14-4.

Browerville's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Brandon/Evansville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-10.

Browerville has already played their next game (against Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Brandon/Evansville, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-4 defeat against Parkers Prairie on the 15th.
