It was a proper cat-fight when Jefferson Academy faced off against St. Mary's Academy on Tuesday. The Jaguars' defense stepped up to hand the Wildcats a 10-0 shutout. Considering Jefferson Academy have won five matchups by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting St. Mary's Academy from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Elsa Nygren led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Jefferson Academy pushed their record up to 7-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
