Providence Grove is  a perfect 10-0 against Eastern Randolph since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Patriots will venture away from home to  challenge the Wildcats  at 6:00  p.m. Providence Grove will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
Providence Grove will bounce into Thursday's   contest after  beating Wheatmore, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Patriots walked away with  a   3-1  win over the Warriors  on Wednesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

 Meanwhile,  after soaring to five  goals the game before, Eastern Randolph was a bit more limited  in their  matchup  on Wednesday. They came up short against  Trinity, falling  7-0. While losing is never fun, Eastern Randolph can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 412th, while Trinity are ranked 200th).
 Providence Grove's victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 12-3. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one  goal over those three  games. As for Eastern Randolph, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7-2 record  this season.
