Jordan Petty turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than seven strikeouts on Tuesday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over 6.1 innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because St. Augustine is 2-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 3-4 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Petty and St. Augustine will take on Englewood at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. St. Augustine is 8-2 against Englewood going back to April of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
