Basketball Recap: Southeastern Comes Up Short

Southeastern was the 58-53 winner over Oneonta when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Southeastern Mustangs fell just short of the Oneonta Redskins by a score of 54-51 on Thursday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeastern's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Oneonta, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-11.

Southeastern didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 43-39 win against Altamont on the 24th. Oneonta has also already played their next game, a 43-23 victory against Etowah on the 27th.
