Softball Preview: Los Angeles CES Unicorns vs. University Wildcats

Monday just wasn't the day for Los Angeles CES' offense. They came up short against Venice on Monday, falling 26-0. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Unicorns' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
Meanwhile, University fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Palisades on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They lost 25-18 to the Dolphins. While the Wildcats didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Dolphins 9-2 in the first period.
