Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Burke Catholic 46-7. The Wolfpack might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by 25 points or more this season.

Tate Catanese was his usual excellent self, throwing for 178 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also punching in one touchdown on the ground.

Another reason for the win was Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for six sacks. Alex Barmore was especially locked on to Burke Catholic's QB and sacked him three times.

The victory (which was Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama's eighth in a row) raised their record to 11-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.8 points. As for Burke Catholic, the defeat snapped their winning streak at ten games and leaves them with a 12-2 record.
