Basketball Game Preview: Westfall Mustangs vs. Adena Warriors

The Westfall Mustangs will head out to square off against the Adena Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Westfall has given up an average of 57.7 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Westfall is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against Grove City Christian by a score of 70-59 on Saturday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Mustangs as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Adena strolled past Ross County Christian Academy with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 70-52.

The win got Adena back to even at 5-5. As for Westfall, their victory bumped their record up to 3-8.

Westfall came up short against Adena in their previous meeting back in February of 2025, falling 72-65. Can the Mustangs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
