Basketball Game Preview: Clover Garden School Grizzlies vs. Phoenix Academy Firebirds

The Clover Garden School Grizzlies will face off against the Phoenix Academy Firebirds at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Last Wednesday, Clover Garden School was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 71-66 to Bethany Community. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 86-44, which was the final score in Phoenix Academy's tilt against Wesleyan Christian Academy on Thursday.
