Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kenton). Everything went their way against the Defiance Bulldogs on Tuesday as they made off with a 10-0 win. The victory continues a trend for Kenton in their matchups with Defiance: they've now won seven in a row.

Kenton's offense was hitting Defiance from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Gus Wingfield led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by himself.

Kenton's win bumped their record up to 8-1-3. As for Defiance, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kenton will take on Wapakoneta at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Defiance, they will challenge Liberty Center at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday.
