Flag Football Recap: Skye Ramil and Ashley Hua Pace Hillsdale Defense

Hillsdale fell victim to Aragon and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They fell 6-0 to the Dons. While losing is never fun, the Fighting Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 344th, while the Dons are ranked 144th).

Even if they lost, Hillsdale's defense still kept up the pressure with eight sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Skye Ramil and Ashley Hua, who racked up all eight sacks between them. Hua is on a roll when it comes to sacks, as she's now posted at least one in each of the last three games she's played.

Hillsdale now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Aragon, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Hillsdale wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 26-8 defeat against Salinas on the 20th. As for Aragon, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 39-6 win against Woodside on the 24th.
