They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Delta Charter 86-43 on the road. Given Ben Holt College Prep Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 581st, while Delta Charter is ranked 1417th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Tayden Collins continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 37 points and 13 rebounds. The matchup was his 19th in a row with at least ten points. Sahil Singh was another key contributor, scoring six points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Ben Holt College Prep Academy's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-5. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points per game. As for Delta Charter, they have fallen quite a ways from their 20-7 record last season and are now at 2-8.
