Soccer Recap: Garrett Comes Up Short

Garrett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Woodlan Warriors, falling 9-1. Garrett were not able to make up for their defeat to Woodlan from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Garrett's goal came courtesy of Gabe Armstrong, who's now up to four this season.

Garrett's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Woodlan, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Garrett will host Heritage at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Woodlan, they will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Jay County at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
