Basketball Recap: Potomac Senior Extends Road Winning Streak to Five

Potomac Senior had won four straight road games and Amani Asare did his part to make it five on Tuesday. The Potomac Senior Panthers came out on top against the Woodbridge Vikings by a score of 74-65 thanks in part to Asare, who went 7 for 12 on his way to 22 points and four steals. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Harlem Lyons was another key player, putting up 15 points and four steals. Those four steals gave him a new career-high.

Potomac Senior's victory bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Woodbridge, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 10-7.

Potomac Senior will host Forest Park at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Woodbridge, they are taking a road trip to face off against Hylton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
