Softball Recap: Bloomington Comes Up Short

Bloomington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 27th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 17-0 to the Weimar Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-0 back in March.

Bloomington's loss dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Weimar, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Bloomington nor Weimar have any future games scheduled.
