Forsyth Country Day's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lila Kelly, who posted 21 points. Kelly's evening made it five games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Gigi Lyons, who had 15 points.

Forsyth Country Day's victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7. As for High Point Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Forsyth Country Day will take on Charlotte Christian in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for High Point Christian Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Greensboro Day School at 5:30 p.m. on January 14, 2025.
