Volleyball Recap: Little Village Comes Up Short

Little Village was the 2-1 winner over Kennedy when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Phoenix fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday.

Little Village has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for Kennedy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-17.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Little Village will square off against Thornridge at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Phoenix are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Kennedy, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Agricultural Science at 6:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
