Volleyball Recap: Flintridge Sacred Heart's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Flintridge Sacred Heart came into Tuesday's match having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Pomona Catholic Pacers 3-0 on Tuesday. The Tologs not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 18th (when they won 3-0).

Flintridge Sacred Heart walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-22, 25-22.

Elise Schoettler had an outrageously good game as she had 11 digs and seven aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September of 2024.

Schoettler wasn't the only good servers: Flintridge Sacred Heart was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. The Tologs are 15-4 when they serve at least ten aces.

Flintridge Sacred Heart's victory bumped their record up to 18-20. As for Pomona Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-13.

As of now, neither Flintridge Sacred Heart nor the Pacers have any future games scheduled.
