Basketball Recap: Lathrop's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

Lathrop can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They skirted past the University Academy Charter Gryphons 59-56. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Mules have posted against the Gryphons since November 22, 2016.

Lathrop's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-9. As for University Academy Charter, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Lathrop will be playing at home against Southeast at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for University Academy Charter, they will challenge Kansas City Christian School at 7:30 p.m. on January 21st.
