Basketball Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

Highland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They lost 42-20 to the Parry McCluer Fighting Blues. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Fighting Blues this season, with their most recent defeat being a 46-26 loss last Monday.

Highland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Parry McCluer, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-12 record this season.

Highland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Parry McCluer, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 46-42 win against Eastern Montgomery on the 17th.
