Softball Preview: Mid-Buchanan Dragons vs. Plattsburg Tigers
The Mid-Buchanan Dragons will challenge the Plattsburg Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mid-Buchanan will be looking to keep their 20-game home win streak dating back to last season alive.
Last Monday, Mid-Buchanan got the win against Lafayette by a conclusive 12-6. Considering the Dragons have won six matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Dru Pearson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Pearson was even better at the plate, scoring four runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
