Volleyball Recap: Northside Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Northside Christian Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Effingham Mustangs. Northside Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

South Effingham can attribute much of their success to Lauren Olson, who had five digs and two aces. That's the most aces Olson has posted over her last ten contests.

Northside Christian Academy now has a losing record of 6-7. As for South Effingham, they are on a roll lately: they've won 21 of their last 22 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-9 record this season.

Northside Christian Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against First Christian at 5:00 p.m. As for South Effingham, they have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Riverside on the 27th.
