Spencer Althouse Game Report: vs Bishop Guilfoyle

A big congratulations to Spencer Althouse, who posted at least 100 receiving yards for the first time in his career. He picked up 127 receiving yards and one score, but sadly Penns Valley Area still had to take a 42-18 loss at the hands of Bishop Guilfoyle. Our internal rating system judged Friday's effort as the best he's ever given (but hopefully not for long).

Looking ahead, Althouse and Penns Valley Area will hit the road for the first time this season to face off against Central Cambria at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Althouse duked it out with the Red Devils (back in October of 2023), the Rams came out on top by a score of 41-34. Will another strong game from Althouse be enough to do it again?
