Softball Game Preview: Louisville Royals vs. Sierra Canyon Trailblazers

The Louisville Royals will challenge the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. Louisville has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 20.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Louisville's offense. They fell 4-0 to Notre Dame (SO) on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Sierra Canyon posted their closest victory since April 22, 2024 on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Kennedy 8-7. The Trailblazers haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Louisville's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Sierra Canyon, their victory bumped their record up to 11-9.
