Basketball Recap: Mooreland's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Mooreland's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They strolled past the Buffalo Bison with points to spare, taking the game 44-28. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bearcats as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Mooreland now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Buffalo, they dropped their record down to 4-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Mooreland Bearcats take on the Union City Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Mooreland is facing Union City at the right time seeing as Union City is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Buffalo has already played their next match (against Fort Supply), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
