Ikaika Frank gave up the fewest earned runs he has since back in March on Tuesday. He pitched six innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Jefferson is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 4-8 otherwise.
