Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Real Life Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past Altamonte Christian 29-1 on Tuesday. The Raptors have beaten the Eagles the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Eagles has come to flipping the script.
Like Legacy Charter, Real Life Christian Academy also got a great game from a two-way player: Charlee Griner. On the mound, she pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Griner was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

Real Life Christian Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.8 runs over those games. As for Legacy Charter, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Thursday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Legacy Charter has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.9 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Real Life Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 8.7 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Legacy Charter suffered a grim 12-1 defeat to Real Life Christian Academy when the teams last played two weeks ago. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
