             Plant is 3-0 against Sumner since September of 2021, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Friday. The Plant Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Sumner Stingrays  at 7:30  p.m. Plant's defense has only allowed 14  points per game  this season, so Sumner's offense will have their work cut out for them.

 Plant didn't have too much breathing room in their  match against Sumner  in their previous matchup  back in November of 2023, but they still walked away with  a  20-14 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Sumner's  Malik Brown, who picked up 152 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
