Volleyball Recap: Portland Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Portland lost against Cromwell on September 2nd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Highlanders lost 3-0 to the Panthers. The Highlanders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-22, 25-22.

Portland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Cromwell, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Portland is set to face off against their familiar foe Old Lyme at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Cromwell will challenge rival East Hampton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
