Basketball Game Preview: Lake Havasu Knights vs. Centennial Coyotes

The Lake Havasu Knights will head out to face off against the Centennial Coyotes at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Lake Havasu is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Lake Havasu lost to Kellis on the road by a 74-56 margin.

The losing side was boosted by Zacharee Bennetch, who posted 21 points. Those 21 points gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Halo Jump, who put up 12 points.

Meanwhile, Centennial scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell to Liberty 88-84. While losing is never fun, the Coyotes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 97th, while the Lions are ranked 20th).

Lake Havasu's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Centennial, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
