Soccer Recap: Whitefield Academy Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matches, Whitefield Academy finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Hebron Christian Lions by a score of 2-1. The WolfPack were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those three contests. As for Hebron Christian, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Whitefield Academy will challenge Paideia at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hebron Christian, they will square off against Stephens County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Stephens County has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 19 goals over their last three games.
