Basketball Game Preview: Panguitch Bobcats vs. Bryce Valley Mustangs

Panguitch is 9-1 against Bryce Valley since January of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bobcats will be playing at home against the Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. Panguitch has given up an average of 50.7 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Panguitch ended up a good deal behind Parowan and lost 60-46.

Panguitch might have lost, but man, Trenton Virga was a machine: he dropped a double-double with 25 points and 14 rebounds. With that strong performance, Virga is now averaging an impressive 15.4 points per game.

Bryce Valley has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They lost 72-49 to Wayne on Wednesday. The Mustangs were down 56-33 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Panguitch's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Bryce Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.
