Basketball Recap: Indian Creek Takes a Loss

Indian Creek lost against Hinckley-Big Rock back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indian Creek Timberwolves took a 54-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hinckley-Big Rock Royals.

When it comes to explaining why Indian Creek lost, don't look at Tyler Bogle. Despite the final result, he almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 boards. Indian Creek is 11-3 when Bogle posts eight or more rebounds, but 2-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Everett Willis, who posted ten points and six boards.

Indian Creek's loss dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Hinckley-Big Rock, they pushed their record up to 12-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Indian Creek will face off against Leland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Indian Creek is facing Leland at the right time seeing as Leland is stuck on a five-game losing streak. Hinckley-Big Rock has already played their next matchup (against Serena), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
