One of the most notable came from Harlem Mcginnis, who went 5 for 11 on his way to 17 points along with six steals and five rebounds. Mcginnis also posted a block, marking his first of the season. Tairren Scott was another key player, putting up 17 points in addition to seven assists and four steals.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 71-34, which was the final score in Brownell Talbot's tilt against Fort Calhoun on Monday. The Raiders have struggled against the Pioneers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Brownell Talbot's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Parkview Christian, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Parkview Christian took their win against Brownell Talbot when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 75-52. The rematch might be a little tougher for Parkview Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
