 After a string of seven wins, Fort LeBoeuf's good fortune finally ran out  on Saturday. They fell  10-5 to the Northwestern Wildcats. Fort LeBoeuf was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Northwestern apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in April of 2023.
  Mya Stolz made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 1-for-4 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.  Kendra Tobin was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
 Fort LeBoeuf's defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 7-4. As for Northwestern,  the  win  made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 2-3.
 Fort LeBoeuf will head out on the road to  face off against  Seneca at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. Fort LeBoeuf is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 10.4  runs per game  this season. As for Northwestern, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North East at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. Northwestern is facing North East at the right time seeing as North East is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak.
