Basketball Recap: Ottawa-Glandorf Comes Up Short

Ottawa-Glandorf lost against Lima Central Catholic back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Ottawa-Glandorf Titans took a 53-39 bruising from the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 603rd, while the Thunderbirds are ranked 70th).

Ottawa-Glandorf is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. As for Lima Central Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Ottawa-Glandorf will finish 2024 at home by hosting Defiance at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Defiance will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Ottawa-Glandorf surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lima Central Catholic, they will venture away from home to take on Kalida at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
