Baseball Recap: South Point Takes a Loss

The South Point Pointers didn't have quite enough to beat the Minford Falcons on Saturday and fell 3-2.

South Point saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joey Lobaldo, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

South Point's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, South Point will head out on the road to take on Wheelersburg at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Minford, they have already played their next matchup, a 9-2 win against Gallia Academy on the 29th.
