On Monday, Sagemont were able to grind out a solid win over the Pinson Valley Indians, taking the game 8-3.
Sagemont got a great performance from Miguel Moreda as he struck out six batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. Zachary Stephens relieved him and did a solid job, tossing 2.2 innings while giving up no earned run or hits.
